Multi-location operations · Franchise HQ
Every location runs like your best location.
UnitAlloy fuses your locations into one operation. Shared CRM, one lead standard, location-level follow-up, and HQ reporting that tells you which units are actually working the book.

Solutions
Two ways networks start with UnitAlloy
Most franchisors come to us with the same complaint: the brand is consistent on the sign and inconsistent on the phone. We fix the second one first.
-
01
GoHighLevel for Franchises
A white-labelled GHL build your franchisees actually log into. Location dashboards, brand-owned pipelines, approved automations, and a franchisor seat that can see every unit without babysitting each one. We handle the snapshots, sub-account creation and role boundaries so your field team isn't doing CRM janitorial work.
-
02
Franchise CRM & Multi-Location Routing
The operating layer on top: lead routing by territory and service line, missed-call text-back, booking handoff to each location's calendar, review requests tied to completed jobs, and a weekly HQ roll-up. One record per customer across the network, not twelve silos.
-
03
Rollout & franchisee onboarding
Standards documented, launch sequence agreed, first-wave locations live, then a repeatable onboarding path for every new unit and every resale. Change requests go through HQ, not through a group text.
Method
The Alloy Method — standard, then scale
We don't rebuild your CRM in one heroic sprint and hand you a login. We put one location on the standard, prove it, then roll the standard out. Franchise networks forgive slow; they don't forgive inconsistent.
STEP 01
Map the network
We sit with HQ and two or three franchisees. Lead sources, current tools, who answers the phone at 6pm, where jobs get lost between estimate and invoice.
STEP 02
Build the standard
Brand-owned pipelines, routing rules by territory, missed-call text-back, booking handoff, review flow, HQ roll-up report. Built once, then duplicated.
STEP 03
Launch the first wave
Three to five locations live with real leads. We watch speed-to-lead and booking rates for two weeks, fix what's noisy, then freeze the template.
STEP 04
Roll out & hold the line
Remaining locations onboarded in batches. New units and resales follow the same path. HQ gets the exception list, not a 60-tab spreadsheet.
What we hear from operators
The same three problems, in almost every network
Paraphrased patterns from discovery calls with franchisors and multi-unit owners — not quotes from a brochure.
“My franchisees each bought their own CRM. I can't tell you how many leads the network took last month, and I find out about a bad location when a customer emails me directly.”
Pattern · Franchisor, 14–40 locations
“We pay good money for leads, then they sit in an inbox until somebody finishes a job. It's not a marketing problem, it's a who-answers-first problem.”
Pattern · Home services operations
“I don't want a dashboard. I want to know which two locations need me this week and why — before quarter close.”
Pattern · Multi-unit owner-operator
Book
Bring your network. We'll map it live.
Thirty minutes with your ops lead and ours. We'll show you how a network like yours is structured, where leads currently leak, and what "on standard" would look like at each location. No deck theatre.
- Your current stack reviewed on the call — we'll say plainly if UnitAlloy isn't the answer
- Location count, service lines and franchisee mix — that's all we need to be useful
- Written scope and rollout sequence within a week if it's a fit
